0001218: Blur property value can not be modified

Description

Default blur value is 0.9 which means that the resized image is slightly sharpened. As this property is declared in the gui as Number, this value cannot be changed : 0.8 or 0.3 are not accepted while 1 or 1.5 are.

This property must be declared as Float.
