Summary0000130: Move up new category
DescriptionWhen a new category is added, it is placed at the bottom of the list of category's . in previous versions i could press move to top in the admin section to place the category on the top op the list. Now i must press 'move up' as many times as my gallery contains category's. is it possible to implement the move up button again in future versions?

This feature will come back in branch 1.5. It is already available in dev branch (BSF). But the feature is not designed the same way as in branch 1.3 : textfields next to each category let you decide the order of categories. With a minimum of interaction with server side, you can reorder all sub-categories.

Step 1 :

cat1 Position = 10
cat2 Position = 20
cat3 Position = 30 => edit to 15
cat4 Position = 40 => edit to 5

Clic on "save order" (5 < 10 < 15 < 20)

Result :

cat4 Position = 10
cat1 Position = 20
cat3 Position = 30
cat2 Position = 40
