0001434: Registration validation control when NBC_UAM is activated

Description

When using both plugins (Register_FluxBB and NBC_UAM) and a register validation is set, the registration on FluxBB forum is immediatly done and usefull. So, users who haven't validate their registration on the gallery are still available to post in the related forum.

There could be a way to mix these two plugins to change this :
If a user is in a "waiting validation" group -> No access allowed on the forum.

This should be done in Register_FluxBB plugin.

There is nothing that blocks users login at any time. So if UAM is set to control registrations on Piwigo, it can't control FluxBB's registrations. The only way to bridge this feature is to set a FluxBB plugin. This is not the goal here ;-)
