Summary 0001649: show metadata fallback on high definition
Description Just like for the "use_exif" et "use_iptc", we need to fallback on the high definition photo if there is no EXIF/IPTC in the "web sized" photo.

Note: the new Admin>Photos>Add form removes EXIF/IPTC from the resized photo. We need to look into the high definition photo to find EXIF/IPTC.
