0000181: Parameters not created in phpwebgallery_config during upgrade |

Description |
Parameters gallery_title and gallery_description are not created when upgrading.
With PWG admin section, admin can only change parameters, not create them (found an UPDATE sql command in configuration.php) so it is impossible to set gallery title and description.
Some other parameters may need to be created at upgrade time too. |
