0002341: simplify ergonomy on LocalFiles Editor for CSS file selection

Description

The list of CSS files to edit is the list of themes. Unfortunately, it is displayed in a unexpected order (filesystem order) and does not show the theme name but its technical identifier => we'd better display themes in the same order as on screen [Administration > Configuration > Themes].

By default, screen [Administration > Plugins > LocalFiles Editor] should open the default theme for edition.
