0002344: all "Go to Home" links should depend on the user defined "Gallery URL"

Description

With Piwigo 2.2.2, if you set the "Gallery URL" on [Administration > Configuration > Options > Main], then in the breadcrumbs "Home / Album 1 / Album 2", the "Home" links returns to "Gallery URL" but not the "Home" link on the tags page or when you login/logout.
