0002420: automatically use the gallery title in the page banner

Description

many users change their gallery title but are afraid to change their page banner (because they don't understand HTML and are scared to mess up their gallery). Let's make their life simpler: let's add a %gallery_title% keyword in the page_banner that will automatically be replaced by the gallery title.
