Summary0002441: [websize regeneration] ability to downsize the websize
DescriptionCurrently, the websize can only be generated from the HD. But if your websize is 1000 pixels and you want to resize to 600 pixels, the HD is not necessary: we can regenerate a new websize from the current websize.

[Subversion] r12175 by plg on trunk

-----[Subversion commit log]----------------------------------------------------
feature 2441 added: no need to have the HD to regenerate the websize if the
current websize is bigger than resize settings. When it occurs, we move the
current websize as HD and create the new websize from it.
