0002629: Able to update pictures based on the filename

Description

With Web API, you can update pictures based on the original name of the file.
It would be nice to be able to offer the same option to upload the web.

Steps To Reproduce

Additional Information

Provide safe to display the thumbnail of the photo and the photo candidate to be replaced to reduce errors and doubts.
