0002694: Provide UI to set the album thumbnail for parent albums |

Description |
I have my galleries directory structured like:
galleries/<year>/<album>/<images>
This way, users visiting my site see a list of years and can select sub-albums for each year.
The problem is that the photo used for the year parent (shown on the main page) is not customizable. I'm able to choose which is the primary image for the sub-albums, but the parent album just seems to pick one of the children albums.
When I "edit" the parent album in the admin tools, I don't even see an option to "refresh" it to something random.
