Summary0002998: Maintenance class for plugin
DescriptionIn current pattern each plugin (and theme) defines plugin_install(), plugin_activate(), ...

The problem is that it prevents to perform an action on more than one plugin at once (in the same process). We recently had the problem with the activation of Elegant and Smartpocket during Piwigo installation.

The goal is to define two interfaces ThemeMaintain and PluginMaintain which each plugin/theme has to implements in its maintain.inc.php.
Combined with dynamic class instancation in plugins.class/themes.class it will solve functions overlap.

It's a long them evolution : in 2.6 both architectures will be possible. Let's postpone mandatory changes for 2.7 or 2.8.
