DescriptionIf you have {Vince,albert,john,Sandra}, sorting on username will result {Sandra,Vince,albert,john} instead of {albert,john,Sandra,Vince}.

It is a matter of collation.

it's not collation, it's that the username is marked as binary so A and a are not the same
