I've made some tests and it seems that if I remove "format=flowed" in the Content-Type header, it becomes fine for me.

| Description |
I've converted all french language files from iso-8859-1 to utf-8. When an email is sent from PWG, accentuated characters are not displayed correctly in my email reader. I've made some tests and it seems that if I remove "format=flowed" in the Content-Type header, it becomes fine for me. |
