As requested in topic:14409, it would be nice to have email notification at photo level on new comments. We would need a subscription form (only registered users?) and the notification mechanism. I think a plugin would be the right way to do it, what's your opinion rub? |

And would it be difficult to have the subscription at gallery level (easy I suppose) and at category level (much more difficult I think, because of virtual links and permissions). |

Yes, the best it's to do a plugin. Especially, because "author" management is not really implemented in piwigo. |
