I found the cause of the problem. it was "theme switch" plugin.

Identification.php should work without a right available theme.
So admin.php could be access by an Administrator.
And the default display values (or any users profil value) might be changed.

Nevertheless, if you can't, you can change the default theme of (by default) user #2 in piwigo_user_infos table.

OK now i see that the problem is not the theme. i can't change the guest theme no matter what theme i choose

I changed it for me, but for all people i can't change it. I accessed identification -> users -> profile (guest user)
changed the theme to what i wanted and it didn't work

I changed the theme to floOS and it displays the default them. what could be the problem?

edit: It wasn't only floOS that didn't work. I couldn't change themes at all.
