Using manual upgrade from 2.1.6 to 2.2.0, the database upgrade (Step 7 of instructions) does not work on its own as the /local/config/database.inc.php is not copied from previous installed Piwigo directory.

I had copy of the file from previous installation and was able to complete the installation after manually copying this file. It works fine now.
