I forgot to say Mongolian language uses Cyrillic character.

unfortunately not and I don't think it would be implemented

BUT you can download the archive of Piwigo (or better the lattest version with Subversion if you know it) and do a deep search with Notepad++ (Ctrl+Shift+F to open the prompt)

Is it possible to show where is the words appear in the coding? (similar to Poedit), it should help to understand what the words exact meaning.
