thanks for that it looks so much better now the trouble is since the local file editor has been edited all my photos are displayed large is it possible to get all the pictures the same size when clic ked on the ones at the moment are too big i was thinking like just smaller than a postcard size. this picture is far too small http://jamie83.piwigo.com/picture?/400/ … eason_2011 i wish all my picture to be the same size when clicked on but the other pitures are too big i wish to have them post card size

Hi jammie,
(you can directly send an email to Piwigo.com support but I'll answer here since my answers can be interesting for anybody facing the same issue, being hosted on Piwigo.com or not)
First, I've reduced the font-size of your banner title to 24px, this is the biggest size before it breaks the layout on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
Then I've opened LocalFiles Editor and I have cleaned up the lines to only keep the perfect CSS rule that flop25 had already given :

on my website jamie83.piwigo.com when an alblum is clicked on the photo description is part missing on each picture how can i get my full picture discription without any bits cut off you can see what i mean jamie83.piwigo.com go onto an album and you will see picture discriptions part cut off
