Englishif you want, you can give me login for your database in MP and I look
No news from bluehost. Problem is still there. I had some trouble with the troubleshooting links you provided, mainly that I couldn't figure out how to do certain things in the database. It's frustrating when something like this happens. I'm sure it's a quick solution, but i just don't have the skills to try the solutions offered. Then again, if bluehost suppor can't fix it, it's either harder than I thought or bluehost needs better supprt.
Here's what was there....no in_upgrade.
define('PHPWG_INSTALLED', true);
define('PWG_CHARSET', 'utf-8');
define('DB_CHARSET', 'utf8');
define('DB_COLLATE', '');
?>
Will read the link you povided.
you can also read

Instead of showing the photo gallery, it changes to http://www.skyrocketingprices.com/upgrade.php
Bluehost.com support is looking into it, but I haven't heard back from them. Maybe they're stuck.
I don't want to uninstall it because what's there took a lot of time to do. Maybe I can copy the files to another domain and see what happens.
can you make a screenshot or give a link ?
My site is showing this message on the home page: "No upgrade required, the database structure is up to date".
I'm not sure what caused it or when. It may have happened when changed from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2, but not sure. I've tried restoring a backup and upgraded to 2.3.3, but I still get that message. Even when I try to log in through Cpanel, when i click login (to get to the login page), the page with the message shows up. it always defaults to <http://www.mydomain.com/upgrade.php>
Can anyone help?
