as i said before just stay with your mouse over the link activate which is disable to see what is wrong btw i can directly guide to download the theme Pure_default which is the parent theme for all Pure_* theme just download it like you did for Pure_freaky don't know for you but for me it's much harder to read sentences without capital letters and punctuations

You might have forgotten to download their parent theme : stay on mouse hover the link Activate to read why
