On main page
On categories root page
On all categories pages
On picture pages

only check -> On main page

when i add some this on templete.tpl file its comes on all pages is there any why to add some thing on home page only with out extention

yes you can modif directly file *.tpl , but when you make update to piwigo you lost all modif :-(

go to Administration -> plugin -> localfileeditor -> tab 'template'
make template

Go o Administration -> cpnfig -> template ->
apply persotemplate to header.tpl
