that's not a simple as you seem to think
you must configurate sub-domains on your host, and Piwigo can't do that automatically

on piwigo.com, an other software manages that

More simple question:

It is possible a user of any site installed with Piwigo, upload photos to your own gallery instead of uploading to existing albums? (Peter.sitename.com)
I speak from public  photo sharing sites installed with piwigo.
Thanks

The only community plugin set whether or not the user has access to the entire gallery or just one of the albums available, whether you can create sub albums.
It is not possible to create the user's personal gallery:

Login to the site as a user to upload photos and do not have access to existing albums or create it but rather to create a gallery as a user.
The site was eg ************** and you created your gallery STAMP, so the access would be *************
But  this gallery on the site would be accessed as an album by the admin and viewed publicly if it was not created as private.
