at moment i use the 4homepages gallery, but i have with that some problems with php5 and it work not correctly.... so i will change my gallery to piwigo

i installed it yesterday and i have many questions.... nothing work correct.... and can't find really help...

1) i will use Fancy Lightbox http://piwigo.org/ext/extension_view.php?eid=488 ,
and BBCode Bar http://piwigo.org/ext/extension_view.php?eid=140 .

But if i activate both... BBCode Bar doesn't work... i don't see it anymore... if i deactivate the fancy lightbox, bbcode bar works....

2) Advanced Menu Manager http://piwigo.org/ext/extension_view.php?eid=250 . FINISH - its not compatible with php 5.4, so i changed it to 5.3...

3) i also want the plugin Charlies content

but HOW can i upload now the new content ? and how can i watch movie or play mp3 or pdf .... ?
It's a link to Maxi FLV Player can i use with that , gif, bmp, pdf .... ? and how can i install it ?

4) i am looking for some mods

if i change the thumbnail size to 50x50 it works .... but i want a standard size with 250x250..
