MORE INFORMATION.

I have another computer with CentOS 6.2, installed Piwigo locally and same Theme, I do not get the errors. Logged in as an Administrator, right click and checked the source and I get the following:

Hmm, ok, thanks. I did try netinstall, and said "Piwigo is already installed.

I did download the zip, uncompressed it, transferred it and still getting the same error. See screenshot.

you missundertood, ddtddt ask you if you could try to transfer Piwigo files to your host again, the contents of the package http://piwigo.org/basics/downloads

The error is NOT happening when I try to upload a file.

It happens when you log in as as Administrator right there in the Administrator Home I see those errors just above where it says "Just another Piwigo gallery":
