Same here.
When choosing "Watermark" tab from the options I end with:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/......../admin/configuration.php on line 503

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/........../admin/configuration.php:503) in /var/www/......../include/page_header.php on line 105

Note:
I have cut off the full path to my installation and replaced it with /....../ in the messages above.

Cheers
Ralf

I know with a new release your bound to get bugs. So I am doing my part by finding them...I love bug hunting. ;-)

I had access to the preset watermarks though I never tried to action them. Once I added my own watermark via the upload button I have not had the message again.

In Admin
Config>Options>Watermarks I get this error,

"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in httpdocs/admin/configuration.php on line 503"

Not sure of the cause, I have some plugins installed but none that interact with this part of the site. I have also tested with all of them deactivated.
