If i go in panel to lock category, on the left side, is there the lock column, and in the right, the unlock column.  I put everything in the lock column (left).  No problem until there.
But if i go in the panel to manage each category(category management), I see that everything is unlocked. 
And vice-versa (everything in the unlock column, each category is locked).
Maybe i don't understand the usage of this, or maybe the name of the column are not good.
