Hi everybody,
PhpWebGallery needs the help of anyone who is ready to help :-). If you wan to contribute to this project, there are several possibilities :
· developers : work on actual code and find how to improve it (generation time for example), write MODs
· testers : install new releases and MODs, on differents servers and PHP versions
· traductors : correct mistakes in language files, add a new language, and so on.
· support : know answers to Frequently Asked Questions (be ready to write a FAQ), take a look at forums to answers questions.
If you are interested in participating (even a little), tel me so on this topic.

Hello,
I've already worked on PhpwebGallery to include an exif section below the full picture.
I've some problems with the tranlation: while defining new text variables for $lang in language.php, the script doesn't find the new ones.
The final goal is to have an extra section that can be shown/hidden via a link or a button using either a page reload or a bit of javascript but that involves more changes in the picture.php
a result of the current state can be seen here:
**Broken link**, especially with the photo in the temporary category (all other don't have any exifs).
Marsue
i'm now registered  and the link the the interesting page is **Broken link**

What I propose you is to create an official MOD (I'll make it official !) : "exif". Now, If you have questions about how to use language added elements, please create a dedicated topic, this topic is not made for this I think :D

I'd like to know which template system will be used in the next release of PWG (1.4) because I start understanding the coding of PWG and I'd like to contribute in developping it if your interested z0rglub. As a developper, as a tester, and for support in the forum as I do actually.
I know html, javascript and jsp so php is not so far to understant....
Let me know if you're interested in my help :D
PS: I love PWG

It will be the phpLib template and to be more precise, the adaptation of the phpLib by the phpBB project.

OK to develop, test and support
Actually trying to integrate a java applet to upload multiple file.
Already running in a separate page.
I posted topics about that in both french and English forums.
Licence for the java applet has been posted here : http://forum.phpwebgallery.net/viewtopi … 0298#10298
Even if we cannot include it in next release, this experience can be usefull when we will find a completly free applet to do so.
