[resolved] Upgrade did not run correctly

Hi,

I performed  an upgrade of my website to the latest 2.2.0 but something went wrong.
I only see the header, (www.van-roosendaal.net) but the photo´s do not show.

When trying to logon to the admin part, it gives an error message :

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare micro_seconds() (previously declared in E:\CustomerData\webspaces\webspace_00218950\wwwroot\van-roosendaal.net\include\functions.inc.php:41) in E:\CustomerData\webspaces\webspace_00218950\wwwroot\van-roosendaal.net\admin\include\functions.php on line 791

Any clues?

Thanks in advance!

Re: [resolved] Upgrade did not run correctly

Your database is still on the version 2.1 structure, I see it on your page source code :

<b>Warning</b>:  [mysql error 1054] Unknown column 'user_representative_picture_id' in 'field list'

So it means you have to run http://www.van-roosendaal.net/upgrade.php but this page shows nothing. So I wonder if the files are correctly transfered on the server.

Re: [resolved] Upgrade did not run correctly

Hi Plg,

Can I still do this manually eg. using FTP and transfer the files over to my website?
If so which files do I need? as I did the upgrade in the admin area.

Many thanks in advance.

Regards,
Marco

Re: [resolved] Upgrade did not run correctly

Is the file upgrade.php available on your server? do you have any line in your web server error log?

Re: [resolved] Upgrade did not run correctly

Hi Plg,

Yes the upgrade.php is in my website, however it is a file dated 24/1/2011. (see screenshot)
I´ll check the log file if there is any line.

Regards,
Marco

Re: [resolved] Upgrade did not run correctly

Plg,

Can´t find any specific error message in the logfile.
Isn´t there a way just to FTP the upgrade.php to the website and start it?
If so, where can I find the correct upgrade.php file?

Re: [resolved] Upgrade did not run correctly

Thanks! tried to copy the upgrade.php to the root in order to run it, but still no luck.

Is there a way to convert the sql database through a script to the new level?
If not, what files do I need to copy in order to get the upgrade.php working?

Thanks in advance!

Re: [resolved] Upgrade did not run correctly

In another post, PLG suggested :

I have the feeling that Piwigo 2.2.0 files are not correctly transfered. Can you download the package, extract files on your computer and transfer them on your web server with you FTP client?

I did this, and was successful in recovering my website.

Plg, Thanks!
