Sorunuza gelince, language\tr_TR klasörü içindeki admin ve common lang dosyalarından değiştirebilirsiniz.
Eklentiler veya temalardan kaynaklanabilenler olabilir bunlar o eklenti veya temanin dil klasörü içinden değiştirip, tekrar ftp'den sitenize atmalısınız. (güncelleme olduğu zaman sanırım bu yapmış olduğunuz değişiklikler iptal olabilir, unuttum belkide olmuyordur)
