I have installed 2.3.2 version today in my website. But it is not saving author information. Always showing N/A even after input of author name. Please help.

I am having the same problem. I uploaded my pictures successfully using Admin > Photos > Add.

I put a check in the box Author under Configuration > Options > Display > Photo Properties and then Submit the change.

But when I view my photos the Author is always N/A.

Is the Author supposed to be the name of the user that is logged in when the pictures are uploaded, or someone else? Is the Author not updated if the box is checked (aka the feature is "turned on") after the pictures are uploaded?

Piwigo doesn't work as expected by users in terms of "Author". You have to create new Metadata for it. Doesnt' pick it up from copyright or username.
