Issues with *2Piwigo importer plugins

Greetings,

I'm having issues with the Flickr2Piwigo, Google2Piwigo, and Instagram2Piwigo plugins.

1) threv.net/piwigo/admin.php?page=plugin-flickr2piwigo

When I navigate to this page, the following Warnings appear above the header:
Warning: filemtime(): stat failed for ./themes/default/js/plugins/jquery.jGrowl.css in /var/www/piwigo/include/template.class.php on line 1863
Warning: file_get_contents(./themes/default/js/plugins/jquery.jGrowl.css): failed to open stream:
No such file or directory in /var/www/piwigo/include/template.class.php on line 1953

- if I change jquery.jgrowl.css to jquery.jGrowl.css, the filemtime() warning
disappears, and I get a popup box.
- The 2nd warning, "No such file or directory..." only appears once.

2) "create a new album" modal dialog

When I create a new album, I get the following message on the dialog:
SyntaxError: Unexpected token D
There is no indication of success that the folder was created.
- The folder is actually created; need to exit modal & refresh page to see

3) Begin Transfer on *2Piwigo

- There is no indication of import success.  "processing...0/X" spins forever
next to "Begin Transfer"; no dialog box appears; and the pictures do not
disappear as they have been imported.

HOWEVER, the pictures *do* get imported.

- IF I have renamed jquery.jgrowl.css to jquery.jGrowl.css:
When the php timeout (30 seconds) is reached, an error popup appears on the top
right of the screen.  This is the only difference - "processing...0/X" stays
on the screen, and there is still no indication of successful import.

I have captured my apache error.log, access.log, and transfer.log during the import process.
I can post them if necessary.

Thank you!
