Username Case Insensitive / LCAS

Hello/Hi/Greetings,

Hi, I installed LCAS and as far as I see it's working fine.

However, I happened to be going through config_default.inc.php and noticed that there is already a reserved keyword for this purpose.  Is flipping that value all that LCAS really does?  (It would appear not, as you do offer some variations re: accents etc.)

Also, does LCAS override this setting value within the database?  Because it doesn't seem to use local/config/config.inc.php and my default config_default.inc.php value still seems to be as follows:

Code:

// Define if logins must be case sentitive or not at users registration. ie :
// If set true, the login "user" will equal "User" or "USER" or "user",
// etc. ... And it will be impossible to use such login variation to create a
// new user account.
$conf['insensitive_case_logon'] = false;

Thanks in any case for exposing this valuable setting.

Piwigo version: 2.6.2
PHP version: 5.3.28
MySQL version: 5.0.95
