Re: [Theme] GreyDragon Theme

Hi Serge,

Worked with Greydragon on Gallery 3 for some time but eventually presented using Clean Canvas because of the implementation of GPS location.

I really appreciate the thumbnail presentation of Greydragon but both the image page and slideshow are lacking.

I would really love to see a full screen slideshow using jQuery and a much less cluttered image presentation.
Zenfolio is probably a service that I will eventually use

Re: [Theme] GreyDragon Theme

I am considering to allow replacement of photo page with full screen layout.
Full screen slideshow is achievable with Fotorama plugin

PS: GPS support in G3 was never brought to my attention, sorry

+1 As I tweeted, you've set a min-width for the body which doesn't make so sens on the picture page and is an issue for screen smaller than your width

Re: [Theme] GreyDragon Theme

@flop25: you need to be less categorical, as I mentioned before GD by design (G3) is fixed width. and with 39K+ downloads worked for many
Picture page will evolve

Re: [Theme] GreyDragon Theme

Hi Serge,

love your theme!

I'm trying to create a slide-show on the front-page like on your photo-site but the photo's are incorrectly cropped. I've changed the center of attention for these photo's but the problem persists.
Is this a known problem? Did I forget a setting?

Rgds,
N.

Not that I am aware. I would need to refer to Extended Description module team (piwigo) to highlight the problem.
I do not do anything special about image rendering.

Thanks, I will check with them. As a workaround I've enable elastic mode but I would prefer the pictures are cropped with the center of attention prioritized.

Keep up the good work. I switched to Piwigo after seeing your theme.... Love how it's not all static sized tiles but a nice "collage" of photo's.

Re: [Theme] GreyDragon Theme

Hi Serge,

is it possible to add more options for the slideshow in the theme configuration window. Every time I change something the additional-page gets overwritten with the default value and I have to manually edit it again to add the elastic=yes option.

yes, it is possible. is elastic the only option you are looking for? do you need to do any other changes to CSS to accommodate that mode?

Re: [Theme] GreyDragon Theme

I suspect further adjustments to used CSS are required. For example. For elastic to work, you need to remove height of the container div which is right now is 500px.
I did add logic for that

Re: [Theme] GreyDragon Theme

I think I'll just make "fix-sized" pictures for my "showcase". Probably the simplest solution :-)
