Hi there!

How can I compress the pics of my server? Or, is it possible to create smaller sizes of the pics so I can delete the original ones?
I created a gallery for my uncle on my server, but he uploaded HUGE files and is taking lot of space in my server, which I really don't care as I have a lot of free space yet, but it's a pain for the backups and he doesn't need the original files to be there

Hi

in Configuration->Options->Photos sizes there is an option to resize original files

for already uploaded files you can use Photo Update plugin, or just run a batch image resizer on your upload directory (Piwigo will refresh itself)

The option using the plugin seems so slow because there are a lot of images, and, about the other one, which way do you recomend me to do so? I mean, a batch resizing the images
