Uploads only work for one picture then server reset
Hello/Hi/Greetings,
Piwigo version: 2.7.4
PHP version: native 5.4
MySQL version: 5.5

I am using GoDaddy as my hosting site with cPanel shared server. When I go to upload photos the first photo will upload, the second will get to a little over 50%, quit and the rest will get to less than 10% and quit. The connection to the gallery then resets for about a minute before I can get to the gallery again. I have tried this with PHP 5.4, native 5.4 and 5.5 all with about the same result. File sizes are all below 20mb with the largest one being about 15.5mb.
I cant find anyone else having this problem, so I will take any advice I can get.

sounds like a server side issue for me but i'm not a pro
are you really going to use godaddy or that's just ofr tests? You might also try to contact them

This is now resolved. It was the size of the uploaded photos. It seems that any file larger than 3mb throws the resizing routine into a tailspin it cant recover from for some reason. Not going to look into the code to figure out why, so we have resized all the uploaded files to below 3mb and it works fine. The php.ini file allows for 40mb files and has a -1 for the memory limit as well.

Check out the sizes options and untick the resize after upload Piwigo is using GD for that
Godaddy seems to be well known to be cheap for soft and hardware limitations Welly cheap is cheap

Yeah I actually did set that to no effect. I am not sure exactly what got in the way though when I have time I am going to figure it out. I am certain it is some interaction between the code and the limitations of the hosting server. If I was on a VPS this most likely would not happen.
