Was running the prior release.
Steps
Login as Administrator
Click Administration button/link
Presents-upgrade available!
Click on Upgrade link

Progress
Runs a few minutes, then goes to blank white and sits there.
Clicked refresh in browser

Result
Page returns appears to be regular screen.
Click Adminisrtration
Errs with Fatal error

Workaround
Restored prior release of software from backup, won't upgrade until process is fixed.
