Always show comments
Is there a way I can mod picture.tpl to always show comments?
I know it's right at line 326: div id="comments" but I can't figure out code to always have comments displayed.
Piwigo version: 2.7.4, Elegant theme

Go to Administration > Configuration > Themes
to elegant > Configuration
Comments Panel > Displayed
