Our scenario for Piwigo is a collective gallery in our LAN to feed our new website.
For the web-size downloads from the gallery we need up-to-date metadata in the downloaded photos.
Unfortunately, metadata doesn't get updated on download.
I believe, for a quick workaround it should be possibly to delete and renew the desired photo sizes before downloading the requested photos.
Any hint were to look for the hook for our small patch would be great!
