PHP version: 5.6.xx
MySQL version: Not sure

When I click on "other plugins available" I get the message the "Connection to server unavailable". Any suggestions?

Sorry if I am impatient but I have searched everywhere and can only find references to this problem and changing the php.ini with no information on what to change or how to fix this problem. I really need help to get this up and running. Can someone please help me?
