I found the plug in Update photo and it works like a charm, but I have a lot of pictures to update. Is there anything like a Bulk Photo Updater.

If you mean like a description of the images you can go to your admin panel, choose "Batch Manager"
Choose "All" as a filter. Choose an album that contains the images
Click Refresh photo set button
Select: All
Click on the "Single mode tab"

No. Photo Update actually changes the photo itself keeping the description and all other information intact.

Okay, sounds like the "Update Photo" simply edits the image itself.
I looked for the "Update Photo" plug-in but didn't see it so I'm not for sure on what it does.

It's actually called "Photo Update" I got it backwards.
About: Ability to update a photo (the JPEG/PNG file) from its administration screen, without losing any related data (user comments, number of visits...)
It works one at a time and I am looking for something that can do it in bulk or more at a time.
