I don't know, if this is the right place to report a bug. I just update to the latest community plugin 2.9.a-beta, which is not work if you don't have admin rights. There is a typo in add_photos.tpl line 183:

varr limit_storage = {$limit_storage};

I fixed this typo and now the plugin seems to be working as it's supposed to be.
