Hello all,
When I try to run the install of Piwigo I get an error message stating PHP extension "mysqli" is not loaded
I am testing this program on a standalone server on a home network that is why i am using a bogus url below.
I see google search results and it seams that mysqli is a part of earlier versions of PHP. Sorry for the noob question I do not have much experience with PHP or MYSQL
Piwigo version: 2.9.4
PHP version: PHP 7.2.10-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 (cli)
MySQL version: Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.3.10-MariaDB, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2
Web Server version: Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu)
Piwigo URL: http://example.com (home server)

Thanks for the reply. I tried that and it did not resolve the issue. I did find the following commands that did get me up and running:
sudo phpenmod mysqli
sudo service apache2 restart
they were from the following link:
