My site uses the following structure
ACCEUIL >> GALERIES
https://woodmanphoto.eu/index.php?/categories
which contains 2 main albums: EXHIBITIONS and ALBUMS
I would like to add a picture onto the background of the page GALERIES (eg... categories)
Is that possible?

Sorry it doesn't answer the question, it just about learning HTML, CSS and PHP
and there is nothing related about putting a picture as backgroung

Correct. To customize the appearance of websites, you need to use CSS.
Follow any of the "How To use CSS" links at the top of the page, or google "CSS background"
Then, see the section called "How To : save the changes in my Piwigo" further down the page.
