Hi,

I want to create an extension, which embeds HTML on the initial page of piwigo ( /index - the album overview).

How to add text there in the best way? How can I easily create a textbox in the admin area, where I can easily change the text?

I currently store the HTML in a config variable and modified the template in order to allow that kind of behavior.

Is there a better way of doing this?
