[resolved] video embed
Hey,
Is there any way i can embed video. For example, i will upload video to youtube and show a link to piwigo. This way i will save banwith.i know that i can upload video to piwigo(my host) and show the video. i like this script. I also want to show videos. If no can someone recommend a free video embed script.

I am new to this, i have one question. I installed "PY GVideo" How do i create a main "Main Category". Is this a folder that i need to create in my server ( where Piwigo installed)? If so is the new folder must be created in galleries.

Please read general instructions in Admin.
( Admin > Links > Instructions )
See FTP and don't miss the last line ( Admin > Categories > Synchronize )

I downloaded [extension by PYwaie] Embedded Videos , it's really healpul

Thank you for the fast replay. I did what you asked. Is there a instruction for "PY Gvideo:
When i try to add a movie link it keep saying ("The name of directories and files must be composed of letters, numbers, "-", "_" or ".") i dont understant. when instaling ploader, i know that one have to creat a upload folder. Is the upload folder must be created in galleries or outside galleries.

Did you create a subfolder in ./galleries/ ?
Did you synchronize your gallery?
Have a look in Admin > Categories > Manage
You have the required category in the list (with the subfolder name).
Sorry, I presume you won't ever find instruction on PY Gvideo itself, it is too simple maybe.

I did creat a subfolder in /galleries and called it movies and i do see it. But why do you think this message is commig "The name of directories and files must be composed of letters, numbers, "-", "_" or "."
