how to remove underline on links on mouseover?
I tried this:
a:hover{color:#000000;text-decoration:none}
on the css file (local-layout) and it didn't work

On which theme ?
On Sylvia underline on links is a border-bottom
a:hover{color:#000000;border-bottom: 0px}
