[resolved] how can I post a comment?

I have just installed Piwigo to my blog, and I have noticed that I can't post comments.

There is no comment box. Can you help me?

Re: [resolved] how can I post a comment?

[extension by P@t] Luciano Amodio is not designed currently to authorise comments.

Try another theme to see how comments are working.

I think P@t will publish in coming weeks a new version with comments support.

I like this theme... and don't intend to change it.

So, this theme has no support for comments?

Re: [resolved] how can I post a comment?

but, there exists the "comments" settings in the admin page.

I can edit if the comments should be approved or not, if I want to receive email notification when there are new comments, and so on.

All the settings for comments are there.

see the picture.

Re: [resolved] how can I post a comment?

The settings in the Admin page are some general settings for all themes in piwigo. If the theme doesn't support it, the settings will still be visible. This is important for example if you want to install more themes for the registred people, so  they can change it.

At the moment I think you should be patient and maybe try another theme. I don't think they let it like this because it is indeed a great theme and the comments are an important feature. :-)

PS: I'm waiting for this to :-P
