Hi Piwigo Community,

Release 2.1.3 is available. It fixes a few bugs, adds languages. But the most important: vulnerabilities were fixed.

* vulnerabilities were fixed: SQL injection and Cross-site request forgery
* increases compatibility with PostgreSQL and SQLite
* adds Farsi (فارسی) language, thanks to mohammadN
* adds Latvian (Latviešu) language, thanks to Aivars Baldone
