HTML tags <br>, <img>...

Hi;

following a commit from repie38, entitled 'removed "/" in "<br>" for w3c compliance in language files', I founded myself puzzled, cause I was certain that we should code <br />, <img />...

But if repie38 modifies his code for compatibility issues, then I guess there is a good reason.

So I investigated something like three or four minutes, and I conclude: doctype used by Piwigo is -- currently -- HTML 4.01 strict. So we should code <br>.

Can anyone confirm?
